Studio CSSF was established in 2002  as an association of licensed professionals:  Roberto SECCHI, Antonio SAVIOTTI and Paola FLORITA. The founders started Studio CSSF after having worked for years with a leading international audit firm. In 2011 Paola CAPELLINI became associate, as a result of a collaboration started in 2004. Later, Daniele FERRARIO was associated in 2018, Luca SINTONI in 2019 and Laura OLIVIERI in 2021.

Studio CSSF offers tax, corporate and accounting assistance to national and multinational companies and, by means of partnerships with professionals working both nationally and internationally, can also offer to its clients legal assistance.
